The singer and rapper, who performed a rendition of Shakespears Sister's 'Stay' on last week's show, has clocked up almost two million hits since the video was uploaded to YouTube three days ago.
On the night, Simon Cowell called it the "performance of the season".
'Stay' is the latest in a string of YouTube successes for Lloyd, whose first audition, in which she performed Keri Hilson's 'Turn My Swag On', has since notched up almost 20 million hits.
Her Bootcamp performance of Coldplay's 'Viva La Vida' totals a further three million views.
X Factor stylist Grace Woodward recently described Lloyd as a "special case" on the show, admitting that "she does have a definite sense of style, but she's also finding out who she is."
