Money raised from the event will be donated to the mentoring group which helps other small, local charities overcome challenges with the help of big business.
Pilotlight's chief executive Fiona Halton said: "Pilotlight makes a difference to the lives of thousands of disadvantaged people in many different communities.
"Every penny that is raised by the auction will go towards helping Pilotlight work with more charities, tackling issues such as unemployment, child poverty, the environment, drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness."
Also up for auction this year are passes for the semi-final of Strictly Come Dancing, complete with a behind-the-scenes tour and chance to meet show judge Alesha Dixon.
Bidders may also compete for VIP tickets to see Pixie Lott live and the chance to be a mascot for Saracens RFC at Wembley.
Online bidding begins on November 19 and leads up to a ceremony on November 30 hosted by Emma Forbes at BAFTA to settle the bids on the top ten lots.
Last year's Pilotlight auction reportedly attracted a five-figure bid for X Factor passes.
