Dyer told presenter Konnie Huq: "I think Katie has to go. She's got a good voice, there's no two ways about that, but she's got the opposite to what The X Factor is. Something about her I just don't like. I can't put my finger on it, I don't know what it is."
Talking about her performance of 'Sex on Fire', Grint agreed, saying: "She was a bit desperate, it made me feel uncomfortable."
However, fellow guest James Corden disagreed, saying: "I think she's incredibly talented and has something about her that is a star quality. She has to, otherwise we wouldn't be talking about her like this.
"But the biggest thing is, who is she really? Is the cutting the hair thing really you? Because before in your audition, you had an umbrella and big sparkly eyes… which is it?"
