According to the Daily Mail, high street store Marks & Spencer has already been in touch with the Irish singer to discuss potential projects, while other companies have also shown interest in signing her up to front campaigns.
A source said: "Mary is set to make a fortune on the back of The X Factor, she has become a star.
"She has even been offered a plus sized clothing range for a supermarket and Marks & Spencer have been in touch. They love her - who knows, she could be joining Twiggy and Myleene Klass on the adverts in time!"
Byrne, who landed in the bottom three last weekend, is expected to sing 'Never Can Say Goodbye' and 'The Way We Were' during tonight's X Factor semi-final.
