Shayne Ward to buy £1m penthouse suite

The X Factor winner has paid a £100,000 deposit for a flat in the Beetham Tower, which is still being built in his home city of Manchester.
A source told the Sunday Mirror, "Shayne's absolutely thrilled with the flat. He couldn't believe in his wildest dreams that he would have a penthouse in such an incredible place.
"It really is a dream come true. He can't wait to move in."
