'X Factor's 'Wishing on a Star' video with JLS, One Direction unveiled

The music video for this year's X Factor charity single has been unveiled.

All 16 finalists, as well as JLS and One Direction, sing a cover of Rose Royce's 1978 hit single 'Wishing on a Star'.



All proceeds from the release will go to the children's charity Together For Short Lives.

"I've seen the amazing work they do for kids and their families who need help and support," X Factor creator Simon Cowell previously said.

"I am thrilled that the X Factor charity single this year will benefit this charity."

The X Factor's 'Wishing on a Star' will be released digitally on November 27 and on physical CD the following day.
