It will be a pre-recorded performance from Bieber of his track 'Mistletoe' from his Christmas LP Under The Mistletoe.
X Factor's Kelly Rowland is also expected to step out from behind the judges' desk to sing her single 'Down For Whatever'.
Amelia Lily, Marcus Collins, Little Mix and Misha Bryan are the final four acts performing this weekend, hoping to secure a spot in the Wembley Arena grand final.
The X Factor semi-final kicks off on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.
