The Take That star said that Marcus Collins, Amelia Lily and Little Mix could all look forward to proper music careers after the talent contest concludes this weekend, regardless of whether they are winners.
"I believe they've all got deals. I think it's fair to say the best three people got to the final and I think they are the three contestants who have grown the most in the competition," said Barlow.
"It's about how they have coped mentally with the challenges we've thrown at them. They've improved so much and I think that's why they're here."

Barlow also insisted that he had met his target of finding an "international star" on the show. Describing his own act Marcus, Barlow added: "He's got an old-school vocal. He'd make an Alicia Keys, John Legend-style record. An area that hasn't been covered before.
"He's a unique artist and I believe he can make a great album next year."
After last year's final, all four acts - Cher Lloyd, Matt Cardle, Rebecca Ferguson and One Direction - landed recording contracts.
The X Factor final kicks off on Saturday (December 10) at 8pm on ITV1.
