'X Factor' hopefuls went wild at boot camp

X Factor's boot camp was turned into a "swinger's party" by drunken hopefuls.
The outrageous behaviour of the wannabe singers during the talent show's crucial stage has been exposed by Christian Neroni, originally a member of The Brothers, and Emma Williams from the Cover Girls group.
"Boot camp was like a swingers' party. Once the cameras stop rolling all hell breaks loose," Christian told The People. "I saw lots of drinking and I was kept up at night by other people having sex. We were left to run riot."
"We were all just left to our own devices," he continued. "I don't think that the producers care about anything other than the show's image whilst the cameras are rolling. We were never told not to drink. There were no guidelines for us stop."
Emma added: "It was shocking that so many people with so much talent were up to so much mischief. We saw girls and boys from boot camp going out until 4am and coming back hammered, then going to the girls' rooms."
A spokesman for the show insisted: "We look after all our contestants at Boot Camp closely but we can't put a member of staff in every room. We have to operate on an element of trust and it's a shame that a minority might have abused this. Any contestants under 18 are closely cared for at all times."
