Quinn on CFM website
Producers on the reality show have investigated links between boyband Eton Road and singer Ray Quinn with an agent.
Boyband Avenue have already been thrown out of the contest after it was discovered they already had a management contract.
Now the other two acts have been discovered on the website of Liverpool agency Fenlon. It said the group was formed through audition in April and there was also a page about Quinn, according to The News of the World. The page boasted: "He's been selected for the boot camp, watch this space."
A spokesman for the show said producers were conducting in-depth checks on remaining contestants. He added: "Neither act is currently under a deal and we have asked Ms Fenlon to remove their details from her site."
The paper quoted another source saying: "It's a clear breach of the show rules. What are Colette Fenlon Management, if not a management company? There's a huge row brewing."
