The 'Hot Right Now' singer joined Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh at London auditions this week and has been tipped for a permanent position.
Asked by Capital FM if she would be tempted to rejoin the panel, Ora replied: "I said, whenever they need me, give me a call.
"I mean, obviously, I'm doing my own shows and I've got my album coming out, I'm still finishing my album. So obviously my music is the most important [thing], but there's a mixture. Whenever I can of course I'll be right back here."
Geri Halliwell and Leona Lewis have already completed stints at auditions, while former X Factor USA panelist Nicole Scherzinger will guest judge the UK contest for a second series in London today (May 30).
Halliwell had been tipped to join the panel full-time following Kelly Rowland's departure, but recent reports suggest that she will be overlooked for failing to connect with her fellow judges.
