Eton Road
The Eton Road singer lost five stone in just twelve weeks when he was advised to change his eating habits as a way of helping his dancing abilities. It was only when he reviewed footage of his X Factor experience that Anthony realised he had gone too far.
"It wasn't until I saw the Bootcamp show of The X Factor that I realised I had got too thin and I felt I looked disgusting," Anthony told the News of the World. "It was then that both my gran and the boys in the group started to get worried about me and I realised I had taken things to an extreme."
He added: "I would like to stress I am NOT anorexic and never have been. And I have never suffered from bulimia either. I quickly readjusted my eating habits and now I feel I've found the right balance between exercise and food. I'm a healthy 10 stone and I feel fantastic."
