Junk food ban for 'X Factor' stars

X Factor producers are planning to impose a junk food ban on contestants next week.

Show executives called in a nutritionist after growing concerned about the amount of junk food that the singers have been eating in recent weeks. Producers suspect that a lack of vitamins has caused the coughs and colds which have been plaguing contestants.

A source told The Mirror: "As of next week takeaways and fast food are banned. They will be replaced with daily fruit and veg. They need to watch their health and their weight."
