The song, which she claimed was about having "beer fear", reached No.2 in the iTunes download chart after Saturday's show aired. The only act above her in the chart were last year's X Factor winners Little Mix.
Spraggan, 20, has now lined up some intimate shows to celebrate her success.
She will play The Railway pub in Whaley Bridge tomorrow night (August 29) at 9pm, before playing Sheffield's Leadmill at 7.30pm on Thursday (August 30).
Her week of shows concludes at The Viaduct Showbar in Leeds on Friday (August 31).
