Speaking to X Factor sponsors Talk Talk, Poole said: "This year is different for me. I'm not standing in the background this year. No way, no way.
"Last year I just stood back and let everyone else take centre stage with their flashing pants and tattooed bums. Just because I'm not a bit bonkers, I'm not going to let that affect me this year."

She added: "This year, I want to bring some cheeky, sassy sex appeal to The X Factor without being too serious. Some female ballsy energy."
Poole is competing against fellow Overs Kye Sones, Melanie Masson, Nicola Marie, Brad Shackleton and Christopher Maloney at this weekend's Judges' Houses.
Gary Barlow and Cheryl Cole will be picking the top three acts for the Live Shows.
