The singer, who formerly helped mentor the show's contestants at Judges' Houses, confessed that she didn't think Carolynne Poole's performance was "memorable enough".
X Factor judge Gary Barlow stormed off stage on Sunday after Louis Walsh sent the vote to Deadlock, meaning Barlow's act Poole was sent home ahead of Rylan Clark.
"It's understandable why he was upset, but as the head judge he has to lead by example. Carolynne's song wasn't memorable enough," Sinitta told The Sun.
"I don't think Gary will quit the show. Gary's got to suck it up. Simon [Cowell] needs to come back to sort out the judges."
Barlow reportedly threatened to quit The X Factor if there is a repeat of last weekend's "pantomime".
