Mr 'It's time to face the music' bellowed through a few choice excerpts from Cheryl: My Story and Tulisa: Honest, in which the judges open up about their time on the show.
Dickson read through Cole's exposé of what X Factor boss Simon Cowell used to get up to in his dressing room, before turning to Contostavlos's account of her rivalry with ex-judge Kelly Rowland over the Misha B 'bully' row, and the moment her act Little Mix were crowned winners of last year's series.
Dickson was available thanks to X Factor live final partners Pepsi Max and Walkers Extra Crunchy, who are giving consumers the chance to win tickets every hour to the show's live final weekend on December 8 and 9 through an on-pack promotion. More information available at pepsi.co.uk.
The X Factor continues tomorrow (October 20) at 8.20pm on ITV1.
