The 21-year-old, who is mentored by Tulisa Contostavlos, is proving more popular with viewers than bookies' favourite Ella Henderson and James Arthur, according to Last FM.
Spraggan has notched up 21,410 'scrobbles', a piece of data sent back to Last FM every time a contestant's performance is played on one of the 600 plus services analysed.
Henderson, meanwhile, is on 10,798 scrobbles, while James Arthur - mentored by Nicole Scherzinger - is on 6,033.
Union J and Jade Ellis also rank highly with totals of 2,305 and 2,214 respectively.
By contrast, controversial singer Rylan Clark has notched up a mere 67 scrobbles, while Christopher Maloney is second-to-last with 294, despite reports that he topped the first two X Factor phone votes.
Spraggan reached number 11 on the UK singles chart with her song 'Last Night' after her initial audition aired in September. The song had been removed from iTunes days before due to an X Factor 'rule change'.
