Walsh will welcome Luke Friend, Giles Potter, Nicholas McDonald, Paul Akister, Ryan Mathie and Sam Callahan in San Tropez, alongside his three guest mentors.
All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, former Westlife star Shane Filan and Sinitta will help Walsh choose the final three acts to reach the live shows.
Giles, 16, auditioned for The X Factor as soon as he was old enough. The student gained approval with Jessie J's 'Price Tag' in the room auditions, and after faltering at the arena, came back with 'I Won't Give Up' by Jason Mraz to win his place in San Tropez.
Dreadlock-haired Luke gigs alongside part-time work and studying. The 17-year-old performed 'Alone' by Heart at Boot Camp.
Nicholas, 16, is already an experienced performer at venues in his hometown of Motherwell. He won his place at Judges' Houses by singing 'I Won't Give Up' by Jason Mraz.
Paul, 24, has been gigging in pubs and clubs for the last seven years, impressing with his Boot Camp version of 'I'd Rather Go Blind' by Etta James.
Hull-based mechanic Ryan, 18, bought a guitar with his first pay packet aged 14. He performed 'Wake Me Up' by Avicci at bootcamp, but it was his take on Daft Punk's 'Get Lucky' that really wowed the judges at the arena.
Sam, 19, previously went to theatre school and has performed in various bands. It was his performance of Goo Goo Dolls' 'Iris' that sealed his place in the final six.
The X Factor continues on Saturday, October 5 at 8.20pm on ITV.
