Each of the final four acts will perform one Beyoncé track and one Elton John classic on Saturday (December 7) in an attempt to make it through to the grand final.
Luke Friend will take on Beyoncé's 'Best Thing I Never Had', while Nicholas McDonald will perform his version of 'Halo'.
Rough Copy will revisit Beyoncé's days in Destiny's Child with a rendition of 'Survivor', and Sam Bailey will sing 'If I Were A Boy'.
Friend will also be singing John's 'Something About The Way You Look Tonight', McDonald will take to the stage with 'Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me', and Rough Copy have been given 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word'.
Finally, Bailey will perform John's iconic track 'Candle in the Wind'.
The X Factor continues on Saturday (December 7) at 8pm on ITV, while Leona Lewis and Michael Bublé will perform on Sunday's results show.
