The comedian said that he wants to team up with his Britain's Got Talent co-star Simon Cowell to find new singers.
"I really want to be Simon's helper at his Judges' Home in Barbados," he told The Sun.
"I told him I'd come out of his closet, but he said no."
Walliams also joked of his envy that Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini are friends again.
"I won't be Simon's favourite girl any more," he said. "I will try to temper my jealousy when I watch the new series of X Factor and see Cheryl and Simon being so close."
He also spoke about Fernadez-Versini's recent wedding.
"Simon is terrible at keeping secrets. Cheryl was very wise not to tell him her big news," he said. "He'd have definitely blabbed it."
The Big School star recently united with Miranda Hart to form a new comedy production company.
