Chico joins 'X Factor' flops ferry tour

Chico Slimani has signed up - along with other faded stars from X Factor - to a series of gigs on a ferry.

He will play three nights on a P&O trip from Portsmouth to Bilbao, Spain, along with Steve Brookstein and Journey South. The Stars From X Factor Mini-cruise begins on June 13.

A source told the The Sun: “Leona and Shayne are moving on to bigger things, but it’s fair to say that this trio aren’t hitting the high notes anymore.”

The singer, however, maintained his career was still very much alive: “People will be surprised as I’m writing more serious songs. I’m heading for a number-one again — I can feel it in my bones.”
