'X Factor' hopeful plays invisible guitar
Published Saturday, Aug 18 2007, 11:11 BST | By Daniel Kilkelly

Pensioner Joy shocked Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue, when she decided to audition without singing a single note.
"I can play three invisible instruments," Joy told the judges. "The violin, the mandolin and the Hawaiian guitar." Asked by Simon to elaborate on why the instruments were invisible, Joy would only say: "Because they are invisible. I can do you the Hawaiian guitar to start with."
After 'playing' the guitar, Joy left Simon flabbergasted. "I just didn't understand what you were trying to do there," he admitted. However, Louis claimed that Joy was a "versatile performer", while Sharon agreed, calling her "multi-talented".
Viewers can find out if Sharon and Louis manage to convince Simon about Joy's talents, tonight at 7.40pm on ITV1.
