Rhyd's parents slam 'X Factor' editing

A recent report revealed that Rhydian was angry with the show's team for portraying him as a "pantomime villain".
Now the opera singer's dad Malcolm Roberts and his mother Angela have claimed that producers created the "baddie" storyline because Rhydian does not have a "sob story".
"How he's been portrayed is not the Rhydian we know," Malcolm told the Sunday Mirror. "Rhyd is hard-working, doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs, so there is little to pick on and no obvious sob story."
