Louis Walsh regrets forming Hope
Published Saturday, Dec 1 2007, 10:30 GMT | By Daniel Kilkelly

The show's judge suggested giving a "lifeline" to rejected solo singers at the boot camp stage, which resulted in the formation of Hope and boy band Futureproof.
Futureproof were eliminated in week three of the live shows, while Hope found themselves in the bottom two for a third time last weekend, though they still remain in the competition.
"It was my idea and it was a mistake. They started off good but girl bands are hard work," Walsh told Heart 106.2. "It's very hard for the five of them to get on. They all want to sing lead vocals, that's the problem."
He added: "They're not going to sell a million records, there's no way."
Hope will attempt to impress the public with performances of '2 Become 1' and 'We Will Rock You' on tonight's show.
