Mentor Simon Cowell has banned the pair from engaging in sexual activity so they do not disappoint young fans.
But Sean, 21, who is currently single, admitted that he is struggling with Simon's demands. He told The News Of The World: "I can't go out and be a lad because we have this image. I can't do the things that I used to associate with pop stardom. I have to be very careful about one-night stands. I can't have sex with a girl at the moment."
However, he confessed that although he would do his best, he would be unable to resist getting intimate with Jordan if the opportunity arose, saying: "If Jordan came up to me there's no doubt I'd go home with her. I'm going to hell!"
It was recently claimed that Sarah, who has a boyfriend, has become "inseparable" from Rhydian Roberts.
Same Difference face Rhydian and Leon Jackson in the show's live final on Saturday on ITV1.
