Over recent weeks you might have noticed that we've had a few special guests come and visit Reality Bites in our little London office. Former X Factor stars including Journey South and Ben Mills came in for a chinwag and also played us a few of their own songs. Both acts were so generous with their time that we couldn't squeeze all their songs into a single interview, so as an extra special treat, here are the rest of the songs they performed:

Ben Mills is too good for the X Factor - he plays instruments and writes and wont be restricted by the record companies rules. He is fantastic live and there is nobody like him!

Journey South and Ben Mills both got all my votes in their respective years. The ONLY one who, in my opinion, equals them is Jamie 'Afro" Archer who was so spitefully and undeservedly knocked out of this years' line-up. I do and, WILL buy all their albums and wish them all every success. XXX

Journey Suth are so much better that this year's xfactor contestants, they are such talented musicians, can sing so well live, and have a lovely rapport with all their fans. I love Journey South singing Gone One day, thanks very much for showing us the video, hope their Hope For Heroes charity single 'What I love about home succeeds in the chartsxxx

journey south are ace . me and my little lad love to go see them perform whenever we can .. they are much better than any of the xfactor acts now or past .

Imo they are the two best artists to come out of X Factor (Although Jamie Archer was great to) It was a travisty that Ben didn't get to the final let alone win and Journey South were far far better than Shayne and again should have won.

Am thrilled to FINALLY find a web page devoted to Ben, as for the recent X-Factor finalists good as they may have been they don"t match up to Ben"s year in my opinion.Looking forward to the new album Ben Goodluck
