BBC denies 'Strictly' salary dispute claims
Published Saturday, Jul 19 2008, 14:18 BST | By Daniel Kilkelly

A report in the Daily Mail alleged that the pair had threatened to quit unless executives agreed to offer them an extra £10,000 for the forthcoming sixth series.
However, a BBC spokesman told DS that viewers can expect all four judges to return to the show later this year.
"We don't discuss format details until closer to the time and we never disclose information on salaries, as it's both commercially sensitive and a private matter," the representative said. "However, we are looking forward to working with all four of our judges in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing."
Strictly returns to screens later this year. The show will run for fourteen weeks - two weeks longer than the 2007 series.
