The supermodel told The Sun that bosses have only given participants a month to pick up their moves, despite the fact that they are judged by a panel of professionals.
She added that she believes contestants with previous dancing experience, such as former S-Club 7 star Rachel Stevens, could have an advantage.
"It's tough because when we do our group routines Rachel gets them immediately and I’m like, 'Oh my God! How do you do that?' Well, it’s because she’s been doing it for ten years," she said.
Earlier this week, Kidd was reported to be suffering from panic attacks during rehearsals.
