Rachel Stevens is "terrified" on 'Strictly'

Rachel Stevens is the most nervous of all the Strictly Come Dancing contestants, reports Now.

The former S Club 7 singer's dancing partner Vincent Simone has had to devise a strategy to ensure that the stressed star remains calm in her first live show.

"Vincent says that attitude is as important as the moves," an insider said. "Rachel was terrified of making a fool of herself, but Vincent’s plan is to calm her with relaxing chats. His rule is that she can talk about anything she likes, except for Strictly."

The 30-year-old's impending wedding to Alex Bourne, 31, is also said to be on her mind.

The source said: "She’s wondering whether she’s bitten off more than she can chew. She’s dancing up to eight hours a day, which doesn’t leave much time for wedding dress fittings."

Fellow contestant Jodie Kidd is also feeling the fear and claimed earlier this week that contestants had not been given enough time to master their moves.
