The GMTV presenter performed a Samba with partner Ola Jordan on last night's show, but their routine failed to impress the judges.
"Andrew, the Samba should have the excitement of the Brazilian grand prix and this was a Brazilian grand flop: no bounce, poor hip action, heavy-footed. It didn't work, it was all heavy and flat," said Bruno Tonioli.
Arlene Phillips added: "I feel like you're in the frozen food aisle and I want you to get out into exotic foods. You just need to unleash the beast and let it go."
The pair scored a total of 21 out of 40, leaving them in the bottom two with Heather Small and Brian Fortuna when the public's votes were counted.
After both couples went head-to-head in tonight's dance-off, the panel decided to save Small and Fortuna and send the breakfast TV personality home.
Castle said after his elimination: "Can I just take a second here to thank everybody on Strictly Come Dancing for taking care of us amateur dancers, and for the person who’s as beautiful as she is talented and generous too, Ola."
