The model and partner Brendan Cole faced the dance-off for a second time at the weekend, but they were saved once again after the judges decided to send home Jodie Kidd and Ian Waite.
"It is difficult. It's also exciting to know that we can go out there and dance our hearts out in the dance-off, but obviously it's disappointing being in the dance-off again," Snowdon explained on spinoff show It Takes Two tonight. "It makes me sad, it does.
"We really try in the week and we really want to go out there. We've got so much support out there and we just want to entertain people. It is quite disheartening."
Asked how she is coping in rehearsals this week, Snowdon replied: "We're having fun. We're learning two dances. It has knocked our confidence but we're still here."
