Healey and dance partner Erin Boag will perform the American Smooth and Salsa on Saturday's show and the former rugby player revealed that he has not been feeling confident about the routines.
"Two days ago I was packing," he told Claudia Winkleman on BBC Two spinoff It Takes Two.
Boag agreed, saying that the competition is now at the stage where it would not be a shock to see any couple voted off. "I don't feel safe at all," she said.
Healey also confessed that performing on the programme while looking after his family has left him exhausted, although he insisted that he would not trade the experience.
"I'm not complaining. I have two beautiful daughters. I am a very lucky man," he said.
