'Enders Kate set to 'Strictly Come Dancing'

The Sun reports that Jill Halfpenny, Kate Mitchell in EastEnders, is to foxtrot in the footsteps of fellow EastEnders star Chris Parker.
Parker, who plays Spencer Moon, came second place in the first series of the BBC surprise hit Strictly Come Dancing. Halfpenny, 29, is reported to have signed up for the next series which will air in October.
The same report from the The Sun also reveals that this next series will feature one extra couple, giving the viewer the chance to vote out from week one.
