According to The Sun, Virshilas, 25, and Lowe, 28, have signed up for the seventh series, which will air this autumn.
Virshila is a Lithuanian-born performer who has trained in ballroom, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, modern folk dance, burlesque and mambo.
On her official website, she is described as "a talented chameleon of ballroom dance".
She has also appeared in films including Shall We Dance, John Tucker Must Die and Take The Lead, in which she performs a tango with Antonio Banderas.
Lowe has appeared in five series of Australia's Dancing With The Stars and has worked as a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance.
Celebrities rumoured to be taking part in this year's Strictly include Kara Tointon, Adrian Chiles, Natalie Cassidy and Reece Dinsdale.
