Stars train hard for 'Dancing' special

Natasha Kaplinsky and Jill Halfpenny are said to be determined to win the Christmas special of Strictly Come Dancing.

In a one-off episode, airing on December 23, the best contestants from the first and second series will battle it out to become the champion of the competition. It is expected that either Natasha, who won the first series, or Jill, who won the second series last week, will be emerge as the ultimate Dancing winner.

An insider told The Mirror, "Jill is at her peak after dancing non-stop for the past few months.

"Natasha is well aware of this and is taking the competition extremely seriously. She and her partner Brendan Cole have been practising their one routine constantly since he was kicked out with Sarah Manners on November 22. It's going to be close."
