Jill crowned champion of champions

Jill Halfpenny came out on top as champion of champions in a live festive edition of Strictly Come Dancing.
Partnered with professional Darren Bennett, the EastEnders star beat the winner of the first series, news presenter Natasha Kaplinsky, as well as four other couples from the two series of the show.
The winning couple wowed audiences with their performance to Rocking Around The Christmas Tree, whilst Natasha and Brendan foxtrotted to Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.
Money raised from viewers' votes raised a whopping £1m for Children In Need.
A Christmas special, Strictly Ice Dancing, will be broadcast on Boxing Day and will feature former international goalkeeper David Seaman, Jessica Taylor of pop group Liberty X and EastEnders' Scarlett Johnson.
