The TV presenter announced the news in her fashion blog in The Mirror.
"Talking of dancing, I'm looking forward to a Strictly does Sport Relief special where we'll have some great sports stars taking part," she said. "It should be a giggle and all for a great cause."
In 2008, there was a Sport Relief Does Strictly Come Dancing special, which included judges Craig Revel Horwood, Arlene Phillips and Len Goodman and sports stars Mark Ramprakash, Matt Dawson, Denise Lewis and Darren Gough.
Daly will be awarded a gong at tonight's Rodial Beautiful Awards for her Marks & Spencer beauty products.
