The pair join ex-boxer Frank Bruno, Conservative politician Ann Widdecombe, Charlotte Church's ex Gavin Henson, Patsy Kensit, Good Life actress Felicity Kendall and Hollyoaks' Jennifer Metcalfe on the rumoured list of contestants.
According to The People, the show's producers have approached both Emmanuel and Anderton about taking part in the ballroom dance competition.
Anderton has featured in numerous reality shows and was involved in a famous sex and drugs scandal in 2007. Emmanuel is best known for her role as Sasha Valentine in Hollyoaks.
