Horwood: 'Henson should date Virshilas'

Craig Revel Horwood has advised Gavin Henson to start dating his Strictly Come Dancing professional partner Katya Virshilas.

The judge made the suggestion because he believes that a romance between the pair would give Henson's Strictly performances a boost.

Horwood told New magazine: "It might improve his hip action. I think they've got great chemistry between them - they're wonderful."

Horwood also said that the show has helped Henson deal with his split from fiancée Charlotte Church earlier this year.

He added: "Strictly is a brilliant way to get over someone because it occupies a lot of your time and keeps your mind off things. It gives you new experiences and releases the famous happy endorphins in your brain."

Virshilas announced earlier this month that she had banned Henson from dating while on the competition, adding: "Right now I am the only woman in his life!"
