The Destiny's Child popstar exited the BBC reality show on Sunday after falling into the bottom two for a fourth time. However, the singer insisted that her fans shouldn't get too downhearted about her departure.
Speaking on It Takes Two, she said: "Everybody is saying, 'it's sad to see you go', sob, sob, sob and they are sending me messages on websites. Even just walking through the BBC, everyone is almost scared to speak.
"But I'm like, 'Hey! It's alright!' We are still living and breathing and will hopefully be back for the Christmas finale to see everybody. It is what it is."
She added: "It's been a lot of fun. I've always loved London and have been coming back and forwards for 10 years now, But Strictly Come Dancing has been an amazing experience."
Williams also revealed that she was backing Ann Widdecombe and Anton Du Beke to win the series.
