Russell Grant has revealed details of his foot injury ahead of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 60-year-old astrologer spoke out on his official Facebook page to keep his 432 fans updated on the state of his "poorly" foot.
While preparing for his first dance next Saturday, he complained two days ago: "My bloody foot [has] swelled-up again and only now has it subsided by resting it. So it's obvious it isn't going to feel or get any better until it has time to heal."

Yesterday, the star added of his discomfort: "Off to the docs today as concerned about my sad ol' toe as I am diabetic."
Updating the page this evening, Grant revealed the full extent of his condition, explaining: "The doc has put me on painkillers and strapped my foot up.
"It's due to a 'minor trauma' where the nail bit into the flesh at the top of the toe, when dancing last week in the wrong shoes because they hadn't arrived from the BBC.
"But much better day all round as the anti-bios have kicked in to fight the infection."
