Strictly Come Dancing contestant Anita Dobson has joked that her husband Brian May finds it "terribly scary" sitting in the audience each week.
The former EastEnders actress appeared on ITV1's breakfast show Daybreak, where she and professional dance partner Robin Windsor were interviewed by Kate Garraway and fellow Strictly hopeful Dan Lobb.

Lobb revealed that meeting Queen guitarist May had been a personal highlight of his time on the BBC One show so far, saying: "That's been a nice little perk for me on the show, meeting the old hubby. Can I call him a 'close personal friend' now?"
Dobson replied: "Of course, Dan! I think he was a bit shocked at the beginning that I actually was gonna go for it. But now, he's really supportive, yeah, he's very much behind it in a sort of very tentative way.

Dobson - who said that she is "loving every minute" of being on the show - also brushed off some of judge Craig Revel Horwood's negative comments.

When Garraway - who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2007 - highlighted Revel Horwood's description of Dobson's salsa as "like Bonnie Langford being chased by a barking dalmatian", she replied: "He's having fun, isn't he? He's having a joke.
"Actually he was right, it was a bit frenetic, so I take the point, yeah."
Windsor also quipped that Dobson's multi-coloured salsa outfit was his idea, to which Dobson added: "I looked like a liquorice allsort, didn't I?"
Dobson and Windsor will perform a jive to 'You Can't Stop the Beat' from the musical Hairspray on Saturday's Broadway-themed episode of Strictly Come Dancing.
