'Strictly' Holly Valance: 'Princess Beatrice is voting for me'

Princess Beatrice is voting for Holly Valance every week on Strictly Come Dancing, it has been revealed.

The Australian actress and popstar invited the royal to the BBC studio last weekend and Beatrice was spotted drinking with the celebrities and pro dancers at the end of the show.

Speaking on It Takes Two about her relationship with the princess, Valance claimed that she is a big fan of the programme.

Valance said: "My friend Princess B came along on Saturday. She's on strict instructions to vote for me. That's the only time I can boss a princess around."

Valance and her pro partner Artem Chigvintsev picked up their highest score of the series on Saturday, collecting 35 points for their Swan Lake-inspired American smooth.

The duo are dancing a jive to a Bruno Mars track this weekend.

"I love it. I was dreading it, but I'm really enjoying it," said Valance.

"I can't wait for the Strictly band to play this song because they are phenomenal and it's going to go berserk."

Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey will be the guest judge on Saturday's Strictly, standing in for Len Goodman.
