The 'Kiss Kiss' singer, who is the fourth highest-scoring celebrity so far this year, branded her dancing "average".
She told TV Times: "I thought I'd probably be a bit better than this - to be honest I think I've been average."
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old believes that her main Strictly rivals are Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey, McFly singer Harry Judd and former Neighbours legend Jason Donovan.
"We're all getting into competition mode now. Chelsee's incredible and Harry's doing a great job. Jason works extremely hard and is very hungry for it," the star added.
Valance's partner Artem Chigvintsev had to pull out of last weekend's show due to a back injury, meaning that she paired up with Brendan Cole. No announcement has yet been made on whether Chigvintsev will return this Saturday.
