Talent spotter Dave King has attempted to hire the former footballer for new musical Hooray for Hollywood after being impressed by his dance moves on Strictly, reports the Daily Star.
Savage and his pro partner Ola Jordan were eliminated from the BBC One dance show at the weekend, after finishing at the bottom of the judges' scoreboard following a Reservoir Dogs-themed quickstep.
"He might not be everyone's cup of tea but he has real stage presence and oozes confidence - just what a dancer in one of my shows needs," said King.
"Robbie has the raw ingredients we can work with and with the help of my top dancing coaches there's no doubt he can become a real star. There is a great opportunity to carve out a new career and I hope he'll take it.
"We've made an approach to his agent and the ball is now in his court."
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday (December 10) at 6.30pm on BBC One.
