Vilani and Judd, Jason Donovan and Kristina Rihanoff and Chelsee Healey and Pasha Kovalev will compete in this weekend's Strictly Come Dancing grand final, which takes place at the Blackpool ballroom.
Speaking about their freestyle showdance on It Takes Two yesterday, Vilani said: "There will be quite a lot of a lifts. It is a bit dangerous.
"No rules for me means a bit dangerous for everyone else!"
Meanwhile, Judd admitted that he is getting frustrated by the fact that he is the only remaining celebrity not to be given a 10 by judge Craig Revel Horwood.
"I came out the studio on Saturday and literally the song 'What do I have to do to make you love me' came into my head," he said. "I'm not kidding you, I was stood outside singing that song thinking, 'Oh Craig'."
Strictly Come Dancing, which is available to watch in 3D, kicks off at 7pm on Saturday (December 17) on BBC One.
