'Strictly' Chelsee Healey denies romance with Pasha Kovalev

Strictly Come Dancing runner-up Chelsee Healey has ruled out a romance with professional partner Pasha Kovalev.
The Waterloo Road actress grew close to the Siberian athlete as they competed on the latest series of the BBC contest, but Healey insisted that the pair would never be more than "just good friends".

"I'm single at the moment and Pasha has a girlfriend," she told The Mirror. "There is no romance there between us, definitely. We are just good friends. We are definitely going to carry on being friends and I'm sure he feels the same.
"I'm dancing with Pasha [on the Strictly tour] so it will be good to have that magic again. We got on really well and we had a really nice relationship. We kind of get each other, he knows how to get the best out of me. We had a lot of fun. He is probably one of the nicest lads I have ever met. He is really lovely."
Healey also laughed off suggestions that she got close to her male Strictly co-stars at the December wrap party, claiming that she had never had a "Christmas snog".
"I don't snog strangers," she insisted. "I have never kissed anyone at a Christmas party, I really don't do it. I never snog a boy unless I know them or I'm seeing them."

On her current relationship status, Healey added: "I'm just enjoying being single and if someone was to come along then that would be lovely. But if not, I'm not losing any sleep.
"Some people think I'm on the lookout, but I'm really not! I am happy being single. Doing Strictly, it was impossible to do any dating. I didn't even have time to think of it."
Healey revealed earlier this month that she felt "upset" to leave Strictly behind.
The Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special airs tomorrow (Christmas Day) at 8pm on BBC One.
