Georgina and James voted off 'Strictly'
Published Saturday, Oct 28 2006, 22:14 BST | By James Welsh

Although Peter Schmeichel and partner Erin Boag received the lowest score from the judges, it was Jan Ravens and Anton Du Beke that joined Georgina and James in the bottom two after the viewer vote was taken into account.
The result came after a contentious evening in the Strictly studio. Brendan Cole, dance partner to Claire King, criticised the judges for what he claimed was inconsistent criticism and scoring. His comments were greeted with cheers in the studio and echoed many remarks posted to the Strictly Come Dancing forum.
The atmosphere in the studio was so tense that during the post-Casualty results show, host Bruce Forsyth remarked that the show had never "had an atmosphere like we've had tonight." When it came time for the judges to say who they thought should leave the show, judge Arlene Phillips told Cole to "keep your mouth closed and dance," to the agreement of fellow judge Len Goodman. Cole retaliated, telling the judges: "If the sky is blue, stop calling it pink."
