Strictly Come Dancing star Peter Schmeichel has praised the show for helping him to get fit again.
The former Manchester United goalie has admitted that he is enjoying every minute of the experience, despite his initial reservations about joining the series.
"I'd been approached to do the show a few times but I'd always said no," he told The Mirror. "This time I let myself be persuaded, although right up until the last minute I wasn't sure I'd done the right thing. But I was fascinated by what Darren Gough and James Martin achieved on the last series.
"I feel incredible. It's been brilliant to get fit again. And to be able to do it in such a fun and challenging way is a real bonus."
